Washer-Dryer Combo

Q: Can I load many laundry when I use Washing/ Drying courses?
A: If you load too many laundry leaving no gap inside, the drying cycle will be less effective.
Please load with small amount at the time.
Q: I accidentally pressed wrong button.
A: Please contact to Call Center 0120-545-696 , available for 24-hour. We shall stop and operate the right one by remote operation.
Q: Can I extend the drying time during the cycle?
A: You can extend the drying time by adding the coins during the cycle.

Washer

Q: Can I wash my futon mattress?
A: It depends on the material and shape.
Please check the laundry label.
It may be better to confirm with the manufacture whether it is a washable or not.

Q: Can I wash my carpets?
A: It depends on the material and shape.
Please check the laundry label.
The carpets with anti-slip or rubber lining cannot be washed.
It may be better to confirm with the manufacturer whether it is a washable or not.
Q: What are the Non -Washable materials?
A: Materials such as wool, leather products, beads and embroidery are non washables.
The mattress futon without quilting, the entire seam to prevent twisting, are non-washable.
Please note that damaged or frayed fabric may cause further damage or fraying.

Q: Is it true that the washing drum can be cleaned for free before using it.
A: Washing drum can be cleaned for free before you use it.
· For drum type washing machines, press the "drum wash button" before closing the door with the door closed. The washing drum will start cleaning within 2 minutes.
· For Top loading washing machines, please press the "Washing tank shower button" within 10 seconds after inserting the coins. It will start to washing the drum for 30 seconds. Please load the laundry when it is finished.
· For Sneaker Washer, press "Drum Shower" button within 10 seconds after inserting the coins. Thenn, wait for 30 seconds for cleaning the drum and put your sneakers when the digital indicator displays "20". Please note that water does not stop pouring in.
Q: Is it possible to wash the futon mattress for children?
A: It depends on the material and shape.

Try to load the laundry evenly inside the drum so that it can maintain the balance inside.
Q: What is the difference between the electrolyzed water and the regular courses?
A: The electrolyzed water course produces electrolyzed water by electrolysis and rinses with this electrolyzed water that has a sterilizing effect.
You can expect a higher sterilization effect than the regular course.
Electrolyzed water is electrolyzed from tap water and has the effect of disinfecting clothing.
The electrolyzed water course takes about 15 minutes longer than the regular one.
Q: Could you remove the laundry that the previous customer has finished?
A: Due to the Laundries Act, coin laundry employees are not allowed to touch our customer's laundry. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait until another machine is available or you may use another shop.
Q: The laundry was not spin dried properly.
A: The drum may not have spinned properly as the clothes inside it was not well balanced.
Please contact to Call Center available at 24 hours and we will spin dry your clothes again by remote operation.
Q: Can I wash the mattress that my pet uses?
A: Sorry, but we ask not to wash it due to hygienical reason.
Many other customers use the same machine, so we classified it as non - washable in our store.
Q: I put the coin in the other machine by mistake.
A: The drum may not have spinned properly as the clothes inside it was not well balanced.
Please contact to Call Center available at 24 hours and we will spin dry your clothes again by remote operation.
Q: Water was spilling when I opened the washer.
A: Close the door immediately and contact to Call Center 0120-545-696 available for 24 hours.
Q: The washing drum is dirty.
A: Close the door and press the drum wash button.
If there is no button or the stain remains after washing the drum, please contact to Call Center (Tel:0120-545-696) , available for 24 hours. We will clean it by remote operation.

Dryer

Q: Can I dry my duvet / comforter?
A: You can dry the down and cotton duvet.
However, you cannot dry "Dryer prohibited" or "Tumbler dry prohibited" on the laundry label.

Q: Is there anything that cannot be dried?
A: You can not dry the delicate materials such as wool, leather, beads and embroidery.
Damaged or frayed fabric should be dried with extra care as the drying may cause further damage or fraying.
Due to hygiene concerns, diapers and pet products cannot be dried.

Q: I mistakenly pressed the Upper / Lower buttons of the double- stack dryer
A: Drying would stop temporary when you open the door.
Then you can load your wet laundry into the dryer of which you pressed the button.
Q: I mistakenly inserted the coins into the Washer.
A: Please contact to our Call Center (0120-545-696 available for 24 hours ).
We can stop it and start you up with the right one by remote operation.

Sneaker Washer

Q: How many sneakers can I wash?
A: Up to 2 shoes for adults, or up to 4 shoes for kids

Q: Can I wash the leather shoes?
A: No, you cannot.

Q: Washing started before I put the sneakers in after cleaning the drum.
A: Insert the coin and press the "Drum Shower" button within 10 seconds, and wait for 30 seconds for cleaning the drum. Then, put your sneakers when the digital indicator displays "20".
Please note that water does not stop pouring in.
If you contact our call center (0120-545-696 available for 24-hour ), we will can start new cycle by remote operation as soon as the current one is completed.
* The washer cannot be stopped during the cycle, so please wait until the current one is completed.

Stain Remover

Q: How much does it cost?
A: You can use it free of charge.
Q: Can it be used for sweat stains and dirt?
A: It can be used, but it may be difficult to remove the stains which have been left for long time.
Q: Will children's food spills (soy sauce, etc.) be removed?
A: The stains which have been left for long time are difficult to remove as they soak into the fabric.
The stains such as spilled food are hard to remove, they may become lighter.
Q: Will the permanent marker stain be removed?
A: We are sorry, but it will not.
Q: Is it possible to use only the stain remover?
A: It is possible to use only the stain remover.
However, after applying the stain remover, the solvent would spread and leave the stain unless putting it in the washer as soon as possible.
We recommend that you use the washer immediately after using the stain remover.
Q: Which store do you have stain remover?
A: Some stores are not installed, so please contact our Call center (0120-545-696 available for 24- hour).

Q: How can I install WASHHOUSE App?
A: Please see "Convenient WASHHOUSE App" for downloading and installing the App. Please download with App Store or Google Play Store.

Q: Which WASHHOUSE shop can I use the App?

Q: I have stared the Dryer by my App. How can I add an extra drying time by App?
A: You can not add an extra cycle on Dryer from WASHHOUSE App. You can do so after completing the cycle by App again.You can add an extra cycle by inserting the coins to extend it.

How to use reservations

Q: How do I reserve the machine ?
A: Please watch the video "How to use reservations".
Q: How many minutes in advance can I use the reserved machine?
A: You can use the machine from 30 minutes before the start time. But, if more than 10 minutes have passed after the start time , your reservation will be automatically canceled. Please visit our shop a little early.
Q: What is the adjustment time ?
A: When using the reserved machine, this time is set as a plenty time for putting your laundry in when you using, or taking out your laundry when you finished.
Q: When the reserved time arrived, I can not use the machine because the previous customer's laundry is in there.
A: Please taking out their laundry from the machine and place it in the basket in the shop, and use the machine.
Q: I would like to change the reservation.
A: Please cancel the reservation yourself by WASHHOUSE App , and reserve the time you want again.
Q: I would like to cancel the reservation.
A: You can cancel the reservation yourself by WASHHOUSE App. Tap My Page > Laundry Reservations , you can confirm your reservation details, and cancel it.

Q: I may have left my belonging at the shop
A: Firstly, please check "Lost item box" at the shop. The lost items are usually kept for five days.
If you are unable to find anywhere including the "Lost item box", please contact to Call Center (Free call :0120-545-696) available for 24 hours.
We will check our surveillance camera record.
